  1. Combine all ingredients, except salad greens and cheese, in a jar.
  2. Shake to blend.
  3. Place salad greens in a large bowl.
  4. Pour half the dressing over greens, toss.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and toss again.
  6. Add more dressing as needed and toss.
  7. Store remaining dressing in refrigerator.
