  1. Combine flour and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm milk, sprinkling with a pinch of sugar.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, along with the oil and egg to the flour. Mix together until dough is soft but not sticky. Set aside.
  4. To make the filling, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cut the dough in half. Roll each half into an 11" circle. Place one round into a 9 or 10" cake pan. Fill with cheese mixture. Top with remaining dough. Crimp edges to seal.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature.
