Salisbury Steak

"A good, hearty comforting meal. I sometimes serve it with mashed potatoes instead of noodles and usually make my own gravy, but the gravy in a jar is convenient when I need to hurry things up!"

  1. I needed a quick meal and tried this with ground turkey and used about a half a cup of butter craker crumbs instead of salitines and generously seasoned the patties with steak seasoning. They turned out great and even my picky eaters liked them. I used gravy from the jar but will make gravy next time. I served with baked potatoes and green beans. Yummy and healthy!

  2. This comes together quickly and the taste is very good! I also like that I already had everything on hand to make it. The only thing I did different was let the patties simmer in the gravy after they cooked because I had the time. Will definitely try them over mashed potatoes next time too! Thank you for sharing your recipe! :)
