Salisbury Steak - Tex Mex Way

"Another one from Southern Living. These are really good. I don't normally use the gravy envelopes, but it works good in this. Great served with mashed potatoes."

  1. This is beyond 5 stars!!! I also found this in SoutherLiving. The only changes I made was to use hot salsa and I doubled the gravy ingredients so there would be enought to go over mashed potatoes. This recipe is awesome. I find it a liitle on the hot side but hubby and others say it is just right. You gotta try this!!!!!

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
