Rating this at last. I originally had some difficulty with this recipe really not working well at the time and/or temperature listed, but liked the spice combination I came up with in place of Cavender's enough to want to try the recipe a second time. After a second run (with an oven thermometer to make certain my oven was not running cold!) I concur with my earlier opinion that 350 degrees is just not enough to get a full pound of ground turkey cooked in 20 minutes. Turning it up to 400 degrees for the entire process did the trick in about 20 minutes and produced a really enjoyable result. I also used two 10 1/2 ounce cans of gravy as I was planning to serve it over egg noodles - came out perfect. After all this experimentation, I'm giving three stars because I like the idea very much, but I've changed and edited it so much that I almost feel like I've recreated it! The rating should be for what is listed here and I've tried to reflect that fairly. I will definitely be using my modified version again though, so the idea is a great one - thank you so much for posting!
