- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
- Place ingredients in bread machine pan according to the manufacturer's suggestions.
- Select sweet bread setting, light crust.

Excellent easy yummy recipe. Light fluffy bread.Tastes better than the Brioche I make. First loaf was made all in my bread machine. Next one I started the dough in the machine. I added a cup of Maraschino cherries and 1 and a half cups of chocolate chips and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. When the dough was done, I put it in a deep dish pie pan. Let it rise 30 minutes.Then baked for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Came out wonderful. Oh, I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in both loaves.
