  1. I use this recipe for my bread machine. I also took CarolJ's suggestion to increase yeast to 1 T. It turned out good but I prefer a little dense, I will try again with less yeast. thank you for the recipe.

  2. This bread has a very good flavor. However it was a bit dense in texture, not enough to make it inedible but just not as light as I prefer. I will make it again but will increase the yeast to 1 T, instead of the 2 teaspoons mentioned in the ingredient list. Made for PAC Spring 2014.

  3. Excellent easy yummy recipe. Light fluffy bread.Tastes better than the Brioche I make. First loaf was made all in my bread machine. Next one I started the dough in the machine. I added a cup of Maraschino cherries and 1 and a half cups of chocolate chips and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. When the dough was done, I put it in a deep dish pie pan. Let it rise 30 minutes. Then baked for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Came out wonderful. Oh, I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in both loaves.
