- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 1 (15 ounce) can wild salmon
- fresh basil, sliced (as much as you'd like)
- half a lemon, juice and zest
- half a cucumber, chopped
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Enjoy!
