  • Drain and flake the salmon into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Combine salmon, bread crumbs, mayonaise, lemon juice, egg, parsely and garlic powder & blend well.
  • Make 8 patties out of the mixture.
  • Spray a skillet with no stick cooking spray. Put burner on medium.
  • Put patties into the skillet, heat both sides until they are browned, and the salmon pattie is heated through.
  • Serve as is, or wrap in lettuce. You can also put on a bun of your choice (calories not added in).
