Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (170 g) canclover leaf atlantic salmon, drained (boneless skinless)
  • 1 14 cups chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped, reserved (1/2 cherry tomato for garnish)
  • 1 sweet yelow pepper, half diced, half cut into rings
  • 14 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Toss together the salmon, chick peas, tomatoes, diced pepper and dressing.
  2. Serve over the top of your favorite greens or on its own.
  3. Garnish with half a cherry tomato or yellow bell pepper rings and a sprig of chervil.
