Salmon Chick Pea Salad

- 1 (170 g) can clover leaf atlantic salmon, drained (boneless skinless)
- 1 1⁄4 cups chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped, reserved (1/2 cherry tomato for garnish)
- 1 sweet yelow pepper, half diced, half cut into rings
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing
directions
- Toss together the salmon, chick peas, tomatoes, diced pepper and dressing.
- Serve over the top of your favorite greens or on its own.
- Garnish with half a cherry tomato or yellow bell pepper rings and a sprig of chervil.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
