  • Melt coconut oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  • Add next 4 ingredients and saute until just tender.
  • Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
