  • Flake fish, removing skin and bones. Add other ingredients and mix well. Shape into croquettes. Roll in bread or cracker crumbs. Beat one egg lightly with 1 Tblsp. water. Dip croquettes in egg mixture, then again in crumbs. Let stand 30 minutes. Fry at 375* until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with tartar sauce and french fries.
