  1. I'm glad to see this recipe posted! I've enjoyed this easy to prepare, flavorful combination of salmon and couscous ever since Paula's son Bobby made it on her show several years ago. I also bump up the flavor by using the tomato herb flavor feta cheese. A really good everyday recipe!

  2. I absolutely love the feta and couscous combination... however, BF did not care too much for it. I loved the simple seasoning on the salmon... it really lets the flavor of the fish shine through... A great, light meal that I served with a green salad. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!!!

  3. This is one of my husbands favorite recipes that I make. I did not have lime so I used a lemon instead and also used salt free garlic herb seasoning instead of the house seasoning. I also used tomato basil flavored feta instead of plain and it is a hit with my family.

  4. Thanks for posting this recipe. I only made the couscous which was 5 star with the whole family. I made cubed leg of lamb which I marinated briefly in Williams-Sonoma's Moroccan Grilling paste and then grilled on in a grill-pan on the stove-top. This couscous went so well with it! My sons loved it. I will make this again for sure! It was great, thanks!

  5. I was about to share this same recipe, which I made for the first time tonight after viewing the Paula Deen episode this was featured on. This is simple and wonderful. The flavors all go so well together. One important thing to note: The amount of house seasoning in this recipe is for an entire batch of the seasoning, you are meant ot use only a bit of it to season the fish to taste, not add the entire amount. Unfortunately the nutritional data reflects the recipe containing the enitre batch of seasoning mix.
