  • Drain and flake salmon.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix lightly.
  • Pour mixture into well greased 8"X4" loaf pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

  1. Loved this quick and easy recipe. I used fresh grated onion, spicy buffalo wheat thin crumbs mixed with a little Italian breadcrumbs and added a little parsley and tarragon. I let it sit for 10 minutes after taking out of the oven and it was perfectly YUMMY!! I will be making this again!
