Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute celery and onion in oil until tender.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, egg, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sauted veggies.
  3. Transfer to a greased 6x3x2-inch loaf pan and bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
  4. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with salmon loaf.
