  1. Wonderful. We reduced the marinade and adding as a sauce when plating - topped off with a salad.

  2. Really good! I didn't add any salt, but I found it didn't need it. We cooked our salmon steaks on the grill using a grill skillet, skin side down for 5 minutes and then flipped cooking 1 more minute. Perfect!

  3. Made for Fall 09 PAC. exactly per the recipe. What can I say this is the most wonderfully perfect marinade for Salmon, and when Grilled on the BBQ the Salmon came out spot on perfect with cooking it 4 minutes on each side. I also marinaded chicken tenders in it for a friend who does NOT eat anything fishy, she loved the flavor this marinade imparted to her meat. The only thing I would do differently is possibly try brushing some additional marinade on during the grilling, or even add a touch of cornstarch as a thickener to a bit of it, and boil to a nice sauce to have the option of drizzling it over the fish. The marinade is JUST that darned good. Thank You Always for a great recipe.

  4. Very nice marinade. I broiled mine. Light and perfect for summer. I wonder if some orange zest would emphasize the orange flavor even more? Maybe next time. Thank you for posting.* Found a similar recipe that adds 3 tbsp. ketchup and instead of fresh ginger, it has 1/2 tsp. ground ginger...food for thought!

I will try just about any food twice. The first taste of a new dish is always a surprise. It's the second taste when you fall in love.
