  • Mix all ingredients. Pack into 3 individual souffle dishes or 1 cup containers. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but no longer than 4 days. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired. Salmon Party Ball: Shape salmon mixture into a ball. After refrigerating, roll ball into mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 3 Tblsp. snipped parsley.

  1. Very good spread. I made half the recipe and only used a 5 ounce can of salmon as that is what I had. I added 1/2 tablespoon of liquid from the canned salmon to thin it out a bit since it is very thick. After taste testing, I added more onion (I used red onion) and about a tablespoon of horseradish. I just left the spread in a bowl for serving and ate it on saltine crackers.
