Salmon Pate

- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, partly deboned
- 1 garlic clove, quartered
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
directions
- Puree the salmon in a food processor, using a steel blade.
- Add the lemon, garlic and butter; this procedure will take about 60 seconds "processing time".
- Place pate in a large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Serve on crackers.
