  1. When I mixed the ingredients, I added 2 teaspoons lemon juice, dill weed, garlic salt,a, few good shakes of dry mustard, and a good splash of Frank'sHotSauce, followd the rest of the recipe. Did use a can of wild caught red salmon,it cost a little more but well worth it. When I want Salmon patties, this will be my go to recipe.

  2. I thought this was pretty bland and I even added dill weed to the mix to spice it up a bit. Thanks for sharing, though.

  3. Very tasty and easy to make. Cover it with a little cheese sauce, and it's a five.

  4. These were really good, but I think they might have been a bit bland without the teaspoon of lemon pepper that I added (I didn't have white pepper or celery salt.)

  5. I liked these but thought they needed more flavor even though I added dill and garlic salt. I had to substitute onion salt & celery seed for the celery salt- maybe that was part of the problem.

  2. Absolutely gorgeous. Substituted white pepper for 5 peppercorn mix and used organic soya flour instead of plain flour. It made the meal more nutritious and tastier.
