  • 15 ounces salmon, canned
  • 12 large onion, diced
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 34 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

directions

  • saute onions, garlic, and celery until softened.
  • add to the salmon.
  • add egg, cereal, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • refrigerate at least an hour.
  • form into patties and grill, 7 minutes per side.
