  • For the pastry make in a crumble the flour salt and butter.
  • Then add the egg yolk and water till the mixture become a firm ball.
  • Than wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minute.
  • Prepare the baking dish by spreading it lightly with butter and cover with breadcrumbs.
  • Open the pastry and put it in the dish over the breadcrumbs.
  • Put in the fridge for 15min meanwhile make the filling.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the onions and leave aside to cool.
  • In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, mascarpone and fresh cream.
  • Add salmon and eggs.
  • Take out the pastry from the fridge, spread the onions on the pastry and spread the salmon mixture on the onions.
  • Bake for 40 minute.
