- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can salmon (or tuna)
- 1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 1⁄2 tablespoon pepper (or to taste)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons india relish
- lettuce leaf
directions
- Combine salmon and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix in green pepper, onion, celery, pepper, mayonnaise and relish.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
