Directions

  1. Cut salmon into large cubes and thread on skewers (which have been soaked for at least 30 minutes).
  2. In a bowl whisk together the next 6 ingredients (oil - sugar).
  3. Brush marinade over salmon and cook salmon in a grill pan on a hot stove top for 2 -3 mnutes per side.
  4. To make slaw: toss together the vegebles (cabbage - cilantro) and season with vinegar,salt and pepper.
