- 24 ounces salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sugar

For the slaw
- 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup radish, sliced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
- rice vinegar
- salt
- pepper
directions
- Cut salmon into large cubes and thread on skewers (which have been soaked for at least 30 minutes).
- In a bowl whisk together the next 6 ingredients (oil - sugar).
- Brush marinade over salmon and cook salmon in a grill pan on a hot stove top for 2 -3 mnutes per side.
- To make slaw: toss together the vegebles (cabbage - cilantro) and season with vinegar,salt and pepper.
