- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup rice wine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 salmon steaks
directions
- In a pot, combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, lemon juce and dry mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until syrupy.
- Preheat the grill.
- Cook the salmon steaks for about 8 - 10 minutes. Brush with the glaze a few times on each side during cooking.
