  • Broil salmon 7-10 minutes.
  • Heat oil and 1 tablespoons of butter in saucepan until melted.
  • Add shallot, cook until softened (about 1 minute).
  • Add wine. Cook 3 minutes.
  • Wisk in Dijon, dill, salt and pepper.
  • Add remaining butter to sauce.
  • Pour desired amount of sauce over salmon and enjoy!
  • (great with a side of cucumber!).
