  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, beat butter until soft.
  2. Add herbs, capers, garlic, lemon zest, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Beat to just combine. Set aside.
  3. Brush salmon with olive oil and remaining salt and pepper. Bake 15-18 minutes. Serve hot fish with cold butter.
