Salmon With Maple Dill Glaze

- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons crisco canola oil, plus additional for grilling
- 4 salmon fillets (4oz each)
directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Place 3 tablespoons of glaze in resealable plastic bag with salmon. marinate in refrigerator.
- Lightly grill pan with oil and heat to medium-high heat. Place fillets in hot pan, skin side down and discard used marinade. Cook fish 10-12 minutes, turning once, or until the fish is opaque throughout. Serve with your favorite cooked veggies and drizzle with remaining sauce.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
