Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Broil fillets 4 inches from the heat for 4-6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. Remove from broiler.
  4. Combine mayonnaise and pesto sauce, spread on fillets.
  5. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan. Sprinkle over pesto mayonnaise.
  6. Return to broiler for 1-2 minutes more, until lightly browned on top.
