Directions

  1. Chop onion and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Put them in a large soup pot.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer until thickened.
  6. While still very hot, ladle it into clean canning jars.
  7. Immediately screw the lids onto the jars and allow to cool completely (at least 12 hours).
