Salsa Burger Club

"This is an easy, delicious, healthy sandwich that falls somewhere between a taco and a burger, and a salad that is also good for you. This can be as spicy or as mild as you would like to make it by varying the amount or kind of hot sauce you use in the spread. Makes an excellent packed lunch paired with blue tortilla chips that you can prepare in the morning in minutes."
