Salsa Patricia

"This is my original recipe for a fresh salsa. It can be made milder by seeding the jalapenos, or hotter by adding more. Note: Instructions have been corrected!"

 1. We lolved the light salsa very much.
I used sweet 2 long red peppers and chili instead of jalapeno and I added to the recipe some fresh champignons mushroom and I seved it like a salad to eat with fresh bread.
The mix of herbs and lime juice was perfect! Thanks offering this recipe!

 2. This is a nice salsa I made with cayenne pepper powder to taste instead of jalapeno peppers. I did add the oregano but no where does it say to add it! I used freshly squeezed lime juice and sea salt, and followed the rest. Made for 1~2~3 Hits ~ December 2010.

 3. Great salsa fresca! I used one jalapeno and 1 habenero, because we like it hot! Instead of dried oregano, I took advantage of all the fresh I have growing. Used 2 tablespoons chopped leaves. Easy to put together.

 4. Except for using just 3/4 of a large jalapeno, I followed the rest of the ingredient amounts & we were happy with the results ~ Very satisfied with this not-too-hot-for-us salsa (though I can see making it with the full heat for several of our friends)! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Recipenapped & made in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 22]

 5. This is a great, fresh and delicious salsa! I used 2 huge jalapenos, one including the seeds and one not. I added a little less cilantro and a little more salt than called for. We really loved this salsa - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2009
