- 1 cup onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaf
- 1 jalapeno pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
directions
- Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor, and process until minced.
- Combine onion mixture, lime juice, salt and drained tomatoes in a medium bowl. Stir until well blended.
