- 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1⁄3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- In a food processor, combine parsely, pecans, vinegar, and salt and pepper. With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil and water through feed tube. Process until you have achieved a smooth sauce.
