Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Pack / Rub - Home Remedies

"This is an Edgar Cayce remedy for sprains, torn ligaments, and bruising. I sprained my foot and ankle ( graceful me climbing down the cliffs to surf, I know I balance better in the water than on the land ). I used this daily and at night I wore an extra sock to keep it in place while I slept. I also elevated my foot as often as I could. Like anything consult your Doctor to make sure you haven't fractured any bones. Cayce said " Either moisten the salt with vinegar or saturate the vinegar with salt ". I applied this often, a new batch at least 2 times a day as a rub and at night as a pack."

  1. This is really excellent. I used this for my mom today as a rub and gently massaged this on her ankles. She has a swelling on each ankle due to excess sugar level in her body. This pack gave her relief in just a few hours of applying it. She was really happy and said the pain was much lesser than before application. Also, after applying this, I allowed it to be on her ankles for about 10-15 minutes and thereafter, I made her soak her feet in a tub of hot water and milk mixed. The water was just about that much hot as she could bear. Then, I kept pouring water from the tub onto her ankles and kept massaging and gradually rinsed off the pack. I'll be using this pack for her again tomorrow. Thank you so much for posting this.
