  • fat-free cheddar cheese
  • fat free white cheese
  • fat free saltine crackers
  • fat-free refried beans
  • vegetables (optional)

directions

  • Spread however many crackers you want on a paper plate.
  • Top each with a spoonful of fat free refried beans.
  • Top with small veggies if desired, then press them down into the beans making little indents where they can harbor without falling off.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Heat in microwave.

  1. ive been making something similar for a while. i dont use beans but i use cheese and olives. they are yummy and good if you put salsa/sour cream on top after you take them out of the microwave
     
  2. I agree that the cheese and beans mask the taste of the veggies (I used left over broccoli), but they came out the microwave completely soggy.
