UPDATE: I made this (omitting the oil) and brushed on both salmon steaks and filet mignons before grilling.... LOVED both! I had some sauce leftover and brought to a boil for a couple of minutes in a small saucepan and then drizzled over roasted veggies (broccoli, carrots, onions, zucchini) and my dinner guests raved!”
