2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
¹⁄₃ cup uncooked small shell pasta
1 (16 ounce) tomato sauce
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
¹⁄₂ teaspoon basil

directions

Bring broth to boil in large saucepan; stir in pasta and boil 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
