- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 3 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons butter
- 2 lemons
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 -2 garlic cloves or 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
- Melt butter and garlic in pan. Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper . Dip chicken in butter mixture, then dip in the crumbs mixture. Fold under sides and place in baking dish. Spinkle with the juice of the 2 lemons and bake at 350 for 1 hour. I put any left over buttter and crumbs over chicken before baking, including the lemon rinds. Depending on who I am preparing this dish for, I alter the amount of garlic and cheese. You can alter anything here to suit your taste buds!
