  • 23 cup mayonnaise (no miracle whip)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet gherkins (you can also use sweet pickle relish or bread and butter chips, sometimes called hamburger chips. Di)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon capers (drained)
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 18 teaspoon garlic (basically, just a pinch)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 dash hot sauce (to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix -- Just add everything to a small food processor and pulse a few times to mix well.
  2. If mixing by hand, just chop everything as fine as possible and mix together. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and then just let blend at least 30 minutes. Up to 2 hours if you can.
  3. That's it!
