  • Beat eggs.
  • Add 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  • Add sugar and salt.
  • Beat in flour.
  • Add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth.
  • Place pan over medium heat.
  • Butter pan lightly.
  • Drop by tablespoons.
  • Cook until LIGHTLY browned.
  • Keep re-buttering pan.
  • ENJOY!
