"Cannot remember where I found this recipe. I believe it is from the old NY city restaurant. They are delicious. Wonderful served with lingonberries...or any fresh berries.."

- Beat eggs.
- Add 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Beat in flour.
- Add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Place pan over medium heat.
- Butter pan lightly.
- Drop by tablespoons.
- Cook until LIGHTLY browned.
- Keep re-buttering pan.
- ENJOY!
