Directions

  1. Trim pork chops.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat.
  3. Add chops and brown on both sides.
  4. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  5. Place browned chops in pan.
  6. In a glass measuring cup, mix together soup, ketchup, Worcestershire and water.
  7. Pour over the pork chops.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done (it will depend on the thickness of the chops).
  9. Enjoy!
