- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro
- 6 green onions
- 2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed!)
- 42 -48 ounces diced tomatoes (1 can fire roasted tomatoes, if possible)
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions
- Cut your vegetables in a food processor and mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
