- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb pork
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
directions
- Soak bamboo skewers at least half an hour so that the ends do not burn on the grill.
- Slice the pork into thin strips (about 1/4 of an inch thick) that will fit onto the skewers.
- Marinade the pork in curry powder, sugar, coconut milk and salt for 30 minutes.
- Thread the pork onto the bamboo skewers.
- Grill and serve with peanut sauce and cucumber in vinegar.

After several floods to my basement, I am starting to input all of the many many recipes that I've been collecting for years. I didn't realize just how many I had saved up... must make note to self.. step away from the cookbooks!
