Sauce for Cucumbers

2 cups of sauce
ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- cucumber, sliced
- onion, sliced
directions
- Blend mayonnaise, milk, sugar, pepper and mustard together.
- Add vinegar, mix.
- Pour over sliced cucumbers and onions.
- Chill and serve.

I scaled this back to 1/2 cup but only added 1/2 of the 1/8 cup of vinegar (added slowly and tasting till it suited me) and used a sugar substitute natVia 1 teaspoon as it tends to be very sweet) and found this was delicious over the cucumber and onions the complexity of the dressing changed once eaten with the cucumbers and onions and I thoroughly enjoyed with my cold chicken.
