- 1⁄3 cup chopped fine onion
- 1⁄3 cup chopped fine green pepper
- 1⁄2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup crushed undrained pineapple
- 8 ounces Hunts tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder

directions
- Cook your ribs in a greased covered pan at 350 for 1 1/2 hours alone.
- While ribs are roasting prepare sauce.
- Mix all ingredients well and let stand for the one hour while ribs are roasting.
- Pour sauce over ribs and baste well.
- Cook uncovered 50 minutes, keep basting often.
