“This is a pretty quick and easy macaroni and cheese that you don't have to bake, though you can certainly top it with bread crumbs or whatever you like and bake that off. It is incredibly creamy and tasty right off the stovetop, though.   2. Return the pan to the heat and add butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and Velveeta. Stir until melted. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder.
