  1. With luck I have frozen cranberries t last me throughout the yeat, so I delved into my stash to make this great tasting, easily prepared cake! The only change I made was in the sauce, to which I added 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dried cranberries ~ What can I say but that I really love those tart red berries! your cake was wonderful & a great treat for just the 2 of us, although another time I MIGHT make it for company! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made &reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
