  1. I made this recipe with my son. He was happy to help. I asked my son to put at least 3 good spoon of spaghetti sauce on the bottom on the dish. Then he sprinkled a lot of dried parsley on the chicken. The chicken was great. I used a meat thermometer and the chicken came out moist and so yummy. The leftovers were great and had more flavors. Thanks Boise Cook :) Made for Cookbook tag game

  2. This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written. Next time I would add other spices like garlic and onion powder to the chicken. This was really easy to make during the week. I didn't cook mine as long. I cooked mine for about 30 minutes as my breasts were thin and then cooked another 5 to melt the cheese. I would also add a bit of parmesan next time. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  3. What could be better than an nice fast easy recipe. I can make this for one or six. I can bake in toaster oven or even place in my little crockette before I go out for the day. That is what I did today. put a little sauce added the breast on top, added some fresh parsley, and then more sauce and topped with cheese, put on t lid and left to vist the nursing home . Ready to eat with a tossed salad when I walk in the door.
