Directions

  1. In large frying pan or electric skillet brown chops on both sides in small amount of oil.
  2. Season with garlic salt and onion salt if desired.
  3. Place sliced onions on top of each.
  4. Combine remaining ingrediants in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour over chops and cover.
  6. Simmer for one hour or until done.
  7. Spoon sauce over chops and mashed potatoes.
  8. Comfort food at its best.
