Saucy Pork Chops

ingredients
- 4 -6 pork chops
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 6 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1⁄2 cups prepared rice (I just use minute rice)
directions
- Add half of the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a ziplock bag with the pork chops.
- Set in refridgerator for 15-45 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Place pork chops and marinating liquid in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan.
- Top with sauce mixture.
- Cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
- Serve over rice.

I hate dried out pork chops too, you get jaw ache chewing them, but these were tender and moist and the worcestershire sauce mixed with the ketchup was very tasty. The chicken soup is a great way to get a really nice gravy. As you can see from my picture I had french fries rather than rice, I think they would of went better with rice as you had lots of sauce. Next time I will make the rice. thanks for a very nice recipe. Made for PAC Spring 2010
